Chad is originally from Ozona, Texas and is very familiar with the ranching and oil and gas industries. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Agricultural Business and then obtained his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2000. Chad is married to Krista and they have two daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and raising show animals for his kids 4-H projects.
